Cancellations 48 hours before appointment time, there will be no charge. Cancellations within 24 - 47 hour window, will be charged a fee of 30% of booked service total. Same day cancellations and/or No call, no shows will be charged 100% of service total booked. 15 minutes late to your appointment, without any notification, WILL be considered a No Call/No Show. **Disclaimer** Emergency cancellations for unfortunate circumstances will be held at my discretion.
